If only eBay could have spent some of that $2.6 billion on improving their buyer and seller protection schemes - not only on ebay but also PayPal.
Like Mr Noto in the BBC article I can see no benefit to eBay from buying Skype - which i find is overrated.
I hope the likes of Google Talk batter them to death
